This Policy explains what 'Lita Rescue (Kingbird Solutions LLC) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run a safe, useful marketplace.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, email, role, and (for ‘Litas) services, rates, service area, photo, and availability.
Booking details: the service, date, address, and notes you enter.
Payment information, handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
Limited technical data such as device and log information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To create accounts, match families with ‘Litas, and process bookings and payments.
To run identity and background checks on ‘Litas through a third-party screening provider.
To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.
To send transactional messages about your bookings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and our background-check provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most of your information in your dashboard, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
